    Recs for Jae’s Sapphic Book Bingo 2023!

    I’m not one to take part in book bingos, because they stress me out to take part in. HOWEVER, I love doing book recs and what better time to do one than when there’s a year long book bingo? One note: these links are affiliate links, which means I make a little bit of money back if you purchase through it! Here are my personal recs based on the prompts. I don’t have recommendations for every category, because clearly I have lots of reading to do! It’ll be great to see…

    2022 in Review

    Joyful Things! NEW DAY JOB! I didn’t talk about this a lot outside of not really existing on social media in 2021, but my job absolutely sucked. Like -1000 out of 10, do not recommend. I finally was able to find a new job that has stuck! I’m now a newspaper designer and I get to work from home! It’s great being back in news in a much less stressful capacity now.  It has made it a lot easier for me to make an attempt at recovering from the hardcore burnout I was dealing with. ART I did so. much. art this year and I am so thrilled with it all. I did art for Season of…

    Happy July, Friend! {There’s news inside!}

    Writing News: Hi, friend! It’s been a little while since I sent one of these out, so thanks for sticking with me! Luckily, I have some actual news to share! I am making some big changes to the way I do things. By the end of July, none of my Ceillie Simkiss books will be in Kindle Unlimited.  My Elisade books were already wide, but the Learning Curves series has a different future in store for it. These books are very near and dear to my heart. However, they are imperfect in many ways. If I were writing these now, they would be very different books. They would have a proper editor…

    Promos Galore!

    This newsletter was originally sent on Tuesday, May 18.   I’ll keep this short and sweet for all of you. Mostly, I just have promotions to, well, promote! BUT! I also start a new job next week! It’s a public relations & marketing job for a local doctor’s office that is closer to home  with so much room for growth! This will be a huge change from my current job in so many ways that I really cannot express how happy I am to get started. However, with big changes, it also means that I might get a little bit quieter on social media while I settle in to my new routine. I’ll still…

Here’s what Monica on Audible said about Hugs & Quiches: ~✯✯✯✯✯~ This is a fun foodie romance enhanced by a super talented narrator. It feels like you stepped through the TV screen on your favorite cooking challenge show and then…
