January Updates

As you’ll already know, January has already been a little bit of a shitshow the way that 2020 set in motion. I can’t do anything about the political situation, but I can share some good book and personal news with you!

I am now the proud owner of a Kitchenaid stand mixer which makes me feel like an Actual Adult for reasons unknown. I’m extremely excited to have basically all of the equipment I need to make ALL THE RECIPES! I’m hoping to get a chance to do more meringues now that I don’t have to stress out my arms by using the hand mixer. Check out my instagram for updates on that process! And cat pictures. Always cat pictures!

And now, to the bookish news!

I’m in the process of writing Book 2 of Hugs and Quiches and my roommate and husband are not (yet) threatening to kill me for watching more repeats of the cooking shows while I work. It’s still early days, though.

Second Chances Anthology – Up for Preorder Now!

I’ve talked quite a bit about the novelette that I have in this anthology, but it is FINALLY up for preorder! I’ve also read the whole thing now and let me tell you, you want it! It’ll be out on Feb. 9. You can preorder it for only $0.99 from your favorite e-tailer at the link below! It’ll go up to $3.99 on release day so get it now!

Preorder it now!

Hugs and Quiches in Audio!

I don’t have a date for when this will be available, because it’s in Amazon’s hands, but I do have the first chapter all ready for you to listen to and the cover ready to be seen!

I’m told that Amazon takes up to 30 days to approve audiobooks if there are no issues (and there aren’t!) so hopefully it’ll be available by the end of February! In the meantime, click the link below to listen to Chapter 1!
